Community Building Reservations

The Community Memorial Building is located at 412 South Myrtle Ave China Grove, NC 28023.  A completed application and full deposit must be submitted to secure a date.  The final rental fee payment is required ten (10) days prior to the use of the facility.  Reservations are made on a first come first served basis.  

Cancelled reservations less than 30 days before the reserved date will cause forfeiture of the deposit. Written notice of cancellation is required and must be acknowledged by Town staff to be valid.

Rental Schedule
The Community Building is available to rent on the following schedule. Times indicated include set up and clean up time. Renters must have event cleaned up, and exit the building no later than the end time indicated.  

Monday - Thursday: 

• Morning (1/2 day)  - 8 am - 3 pm 
• Afternoon (1/2 day) - 3 - 10 pm 
• Full Day - 8 am - 10 pm

Fridays:

• Morning (1/2 day) - 8 am - 3pm 
  

Saturdays: 

• Full Day - 8 am - 12 Midnight 

Sundays:

• Afternoon (1/2 day) - 3 - 10 pm

The Ballroom is 2,275 square feet.

• Commercial Refrigerator
• Microwave
• Warming Oven with pans
